Heartfelt care for your unique pet!
When my eighteen-year-old family dog died in 2015, my mom and I felt adrift. We weren't ready to get a new dog, but we missed that canine connection. Our neighbors, sensing our pain, chose us to care for their dog while they went on vacation. We then opened our own home to dogs of all stripes, adapting to each one's unique needs and personality. Word spread quickly, and we soon expanded our client base to coworkers, churchgoers, and friends of friends, with many satisfied repeat customers. Owners preferred this type of individualized attention for their dogs, which a kennel would be unable to provide. There was also the added bonus of remote work as my main source of income, meaning the dogs would have someone at home with them all day! I now live alone, and sadly, there are no dogs allowed in my building. I've never lost my love for them, though (I always say dogs are the world's most powerful antidepressant), and I'm also willing to open my heart and home to cats! Looking forward to meeting your furry friends!

I currently live in a studio apartment, and my building only allows cats and small dogs. However, there's plenty of space for them to explore, play, and get comfy! As far as dog walking, there's a park nearby that dogs can't get enough of!

We are new to Rover and somewhat apprehensive about letting a stranger sleep in our house, but Laura was fantastic! She was responsive to us, and managed an elderly cranky guy, and a Berniedoodle that is pretty needy with patience. Will absolutely be using her regularly if she will have us :)

Laura agreed to help watch our two cats on short notice when our power went out during the recent storms and we were away on vacation. We couldn’t be more appreciative! She did a great job with our cats and was very communicative and friendly. I recommend her and will be booking with her again.

Schedule
I work remotely for my day job, so I'll be home all day. I also make my own hours, meaning my schedule's very flexible! Typically, I work around four to six hours a day, leaving some free time to walk dogs and care for any cats staying with me.

- I'd prefer to look after adult dogs and cats who have mellowed out from their hyperactive puppy/ kitten days, and seniors are welcome as well!
