Dogs have always been one of the biggest joys in my life, especially my own dog, a 12 y/o white Schnauzer named Albus. I adopted him as a small puppy, after his rescue from an abusive owner. Caring for him through health challenges, including malnourishment, cancer recovery and anxiety after a serious dog attack, taught me how important patience, attentiveness, and gentle care truly are. He is my first true love, and although he had to stay with my family when I moved abroad, I miss him every day. Because of Albus, I am very comfortable caring for puppies, senior dogs, anxious/reactive dogs (as long as they are not aggressive), and dogs with medical needs. I understand how important routines, safety, medication schedules, emotional comfort, and trust are for both pets and owners. I live alone in a cozy flat near a large garden/park area, which is perfect for walks, playtime, and relaxed outdoor breaks. I study German in the mornings and otherwise work remotely with flexible hours, so I spend a lot of time at home and can give pets plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. I have experience dog sitting for friends and family and can offer daycare, overnight boarding for a few nights, and house sitting at the owner’s home. I care for every pet as if they were part of my own family, with lots of affection, patience, playtime, and cuddles, while always respecting their unique personality and needs. I would be very happy to spam you with pictures of them during our time together. I speak Spanish and English fluently, as well as conversational French and German. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I’ll always do my best to make both you and your furry friend feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
