I have raised my own dogs from puppies into old age, although I don't currently have dogs of my own. I took two dogs through obedience training. I understand how to provide loving, patient care while still being consistent and setting boundaries.

I’m so glad I found Laura! We recently moved from out of state and so needed to start over with a trusted dog sitter for our 2 littles. They had been with the same sitter for several years so this would be a big change for them. Laura immediately set me at ease with her immaculate home and her calm manner. While Luna and Ruby were in high alert with the new house, they settled in quickly. Laura sent many updates and pics which was reassuring. We are confident we have found our new permanent sitter! Thank you, Laura for taking good care of our girls!
Laura did an amazing job taking care of our Valkyrie while we took a 5 day trip. We did a meet and greet first as Val can be skiddish around new people. The first meeting went great! Valkyrie made herself at home and went right up to Laura and her husband. They were so good with her and we could tell she was relaxed. Dogs just know good people when they meet them. We knew we wouldn’t have to worry about her while we were gone because she would be well taken care of. Laura went above and beyond while Valkyrie stayed in her home. Val would not eat her normal food, which happens sometimes with dogs. To entice her to eat, Laura cooked Val some eggs and chicken to get some nutrients into her system. We so appreciate how much she cared for our sweet girl. Laura also sent us pictures of Val each day and it was easy to see that she made herself at home. The pictures were great! We highly recommend Laura to anyone needing a sitter for their fur babies! She took such good care of our girl and we will definitely be calling her again if and when we decide to go out of town again. Thank you Laura!!!
Wonderful care as always!
I decided to board with Laura because my dog was very comfortable in her home and with her specifically from the moment she opened the door at our meet and greet. She was the 2nd sitter we had visited and he was most definitely NOT comfortable with the first. Chase is a wise pupper. He had a wonderful time and was well cared for. I will be leaving him with Laura the next time I travel!
Laura watched our 3 year old Golden Retriever for a couple hours while we were dropping our kids off at a nearby camp. She was very kind and responsive and took great care of him! Thank you!
Laura took great care of our girl, as always. She sent us update throughout the stay.

Schedule
I am home full-time. Your pet will receive lots of individual attention and affection. If your pet needs someone with them at all times I can accomodate that need.

Safety, trust & environment
I am available 24/7 to care for and interact with your pet. I can provide frequent outdoor breaks on leash in my large yard and/or trips to the nearby dog park. I'm able to administer medications, and special diets if necessary. I do love animals!

A typical day
I will play games with your dog if they have toys they enjoy, and we can visit the nearby dog park if they like to run, or I can walk them on leash in my very large yard.
