A cosy, fun & loving home, all dogs welcome!
We are a couple who both have experience with dogs and puppies since childhood. We’ve both had various dogs with different needs over the years, including rescues. We both have lots of love to give but unfortunately couldn’t take on our own dog full time at the moment. We own our own cosy home, which is child and smoke free, with a large garden. We are located in an area of outstanding countryside so plenty of options for walks, play time and trips out! We both work from home so are available for cuddles, toilet breaks and lots of attention all day long. All dogs are welcome in our home and are welcome to snuggle up on the sofa as part of the family.

Laura and Jay are always amazing at looking after Ralph. They treat him as their own, take him on lovely walks and give him lots of snuggles. We know that when we leave him with them he'll be so happy.
We can’t thank Laura & Jay enough for looking after our energetic cocker spaniel at a weeks notice. Woody had the best time, with a nice 2hr long walk, lots of cuddles and fuss. We felt totally at ease leaving him knowing he’d be well looked after and loved. Laura & Jay were both super friendly and accommodating. Woody already can’t wait to see them again!
Scamp came home totally relaxed. Laura is very nice and very flexible she has made a big effort to accommodate Scamp who is totally blind, absolutely no problem with booking at quite short notice, Laura responds to messages within an acceptable time frame. I can not thank Laura and Jay enough for looking after Millie. I was sent pictures and video of her stay and have to say, she looked like she was having so much fun. This was the first time I had left her with anyone, and I was nervous but I need not have been , as she was so well looked after. They are great people who I would highly recommend. There beautiful home is well situated and offers plenty of fields to run and play, and that was just me. If you are looking for someone who you can trust with your own pet, you need not look any further. Thanks again guys, so pleased I found you. Steve and Millie.
Thank You Jay & Laura for looking after Bosley whilst we attended a wedding. A five star review and will certainly return and use their services again. Bosley was cuddled all day long (an elderly pooch who just wants love), lots of treats, was also fed and multiple short walks which met his needs. Laura and Jay were a delight to do business with, they looked after Winston like he was their own and they come with the highest of recommendations for your doggy needs. They have looked after Winston four times and each time they meet his high energy needs, give him all the love he deserves and I’m sure he never wants to leave. He has long walks, playtime and lots of cuddles, they kept us up to date throughout the day with photos and updates which left us with peace of mind. Communisation was easy, booking was easy and Winston’s holidays with them will continue (we have booked with Laura and Jay for Winston to stay already for July). Thank You for all you do for Winston!

Schedule
We both work from home full time so can be around for cuddles, play time, toilet breaks and walks that fit around your pets routine. Laura has flexible working hours so can work around walks, bed times and any additional routine needs.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large back garden which is fenced with high fences, as well as a front garden and driveway. We are also located on a small drive with only four houses, so there are no cars, traffic or children close by our home. Our home is located next to an area of countryside so we have a large field within a few seconds walk, as well as two large reservoirs and lots of long local walks within a few minutes walk from our door. We’d be more than happy to transport your pet in our car for trips out if they travel well and wanted to get out for a day trip! We also have a large family bathroom as well as an en suite so would be happy to clean up any muddy paws and provide a cosy blanket to snuggle in after a walk. We have lots of space for your pet to wander around the house at their leisure and an area in our kitchen/ dining room for them to access feeding and water bowls. We treat any pets as a member of the family, with lots of love, care and attention.
A typical day
We’re happy to provide short, medium or long walks depending on the needs and energy of your dog. If your pet travels well they’re more than welcome to come along on day trips out with us to the beach, forests, or on a countryside picnic. We are available all day for play time with toys, fetch or cuddles on the sofa.
Prices include all fees.
