What sets us apart is our unique approach to dog sitting as a team. My boyfriend and I both share a lifelong love for dogs, having each had our own furry companions since we were young. Together, we've been raising our own dog, Bailey, and dogs have truly become a central part of our lives. We know it's a big deal for owners to leave their pets with someone else. That's why we make sure to keep them updated and communicate openly to give them peace of mind. Treating every dog like they're our own is super important to us. We aim to give them the same love and care we'd want for our own dog, Bailey, if we were away. From playful pups to shy dogs needing extra care, and even older ones needing special attention, we've met them all on Rover. With our skills and dedication, we're good at adapting to each dog's needs.

I'm so happy we found Laura and Alex. Our dog Spyro just spent a week with them while we were away and I had total peace of mind that they were taking great care of him. We got regular updates and they took great care of him during the heatwave as well. Our dog can be reactive and struggles sometimes bonding with other dogs. Laura and Alex transformed him from an antisocial dog to the life of the party by the end of his stay with them. I will 100% use them again! Thank you Laura and Alex for being the best!
We were looking for a new sitter for an upcoming holiday - so happy we found Laura! We had an initial meeting as my dog Spyro is a little reactive and can be challenging to walk (barking, pulling etc) - he took a liking to Laura straight away. We then booked a one night stay for him to get used to her and her house before we go away for a week in June. He had a great time and was well looked after! Thank you Laura, I'm happy we have found such a great sitter nearby!

Schedule
Taking care of dogs fits right into our everyday life! My boyfriend and I both work, but we've synced up our schedules so that one of us is always there for our furry friends. Mornings typically see me handling the dogs while my partner dives into his work. Then, it's his turn for the afternoon shift while I take care of my tasks. Come evening, we're all reunited, ready to spend some quality time together with our furry buddies.

Safety, trust & environment
Living in our cozy studio, we're all set to host small to medium-sized dogs, making sure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lucky for us, I've got three awesome parks nearby where these pups can stretch their legs, chase some balls, and make new furry friends. Additionally, I have a fenced garden, perfect for quick pee breaks in between walks. Also, in our place they are all welcome on the sofa and bed, allowing them to enjoy cozy and familiar spaces just like they would in their own homes.

A typical day
A regular day with our furry buddies is all about fun and fresh air! We make sure to take them out for at least one hour-long walk in the morning and another before it gets dark. Then, as the day goes on, we provide pee breaks as needed to keep them comfortable and happy. One of our favourite spots to visit is the nearby park, where there's a charming little stream perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. Our own dog absolutely loves it, and we're sure other pups will too! On rainy days when longer walks aren't feasible, we've got some indoor fun lined up! We break out the sniffle mats and balls, engaging the dogs in stimulating activities to keep them entertained and tire them out.
