I live in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of public areas and parks. I walk my dogs 3 times a day and bring them to a dog park a few times a week !

I live in a large home and usually give my pets run of the house but I have crated dogs and cats in the past because it was their preference. I prefer to walk dogs or bring them to a dog park. For in your home visits I am very good at following your directions and will play, feed and cuddle your baby!

I will need to know if your pet is friendly and gets along with my two dogs. They are both dog friendly and have been socialized in my home and the dog park. If your pets gets along with others then you can let me know if they have all of their shots and we can frequent the dog park!! I will also need to know their feeding schedule, what foods/treats he/she can eat, any medication to administer, any allergies? To crate or not to crate and are they potty trained.
A typical day
Play is super important for pets! If you permit I like to bring dogs to the dog park and throw some balls to fetch or just have them run and play with others. I have a lot of toys here at my home. Walking in my neighborhood is very safe and private.

Pet care experience
I have recently retired and can now do WHAT I LOVE full time. I love all pets! I have taken care of many pets over the past 30 years, some are mine, families and neighbors. I understand all pets needs, from puppy to seniors special needs, diets, medications, walks, baths, play and cuddles!!! I have 2 wonderful dogs at the moment who get on very well with others, (we go to the dog park and play with many breeds, large and small) I also love cats but can only visit them in your home, I have had several over the years and hope to get another soon.

Laura is a wonderful sitter! She was very patient and compassionate with my elderly dogs who have many health issues! She also sent plenty of pics and they looked very happy. I would definitely use her again!
I had been busy over the holidays and just got overwhelmed. I contacted Laura about her availability and explained my situation to her. She was kind to me and assured me she would take Motley and I on. Motley ( my GSD) took to her immediately. Everytime she arrived he was ecstatic to see her. It seemed as if they immediately formed a bond. I am so thankful for finding her and I’m sure Motley is too.. Highly recommend!!!
Laura is a pet "whisperer". For the eleven years that I have known her, she has always had dogs and babysat others' dogs. She is an honorary Aunt to both of my dogs who love her lots! You can count on Laura to be responsible, communicate to you how your pet is doing, and for your fur babies to be well taken care of.
