Ever since I was 15, I found my passion for caring for our furry and feathered friends. What started as a simple love for animals has become the go-to pet sitter for many wonderful families, some for the last 8 years. From walks to playtime, I've had the privilege of providing pets with their mini-vacations while their parents are away. Having cared for various breeds, from playful pups to wise old cats and even a lively cockatoo, I've experienced the joy of being a part of their lives in all stages. I cherish my role in giving families peace of mind, knowing their pets are in good hands. I am a CADC-R and work an 8 AM to 4 PM job Monday through Friday. I have weekends off however I do pickup hospitality gigs sometimes. I am happy to share my schedule once we know the departure and arrival times. It is imperative that the pets are used to this structure as I won’t be able to be home in the middle of the day. The app does a price estimate initially, and the correct rate is determined after a proper meet and greet to assess the level of care and time/travel. Much love, care, and wagging tails! LJ

Safety, trust & environment
I can watch dogs up to 55lbs in my apartment but would prefer to only use this for emergencies or immidate short stays. It is imperative to be at the pet's home so they do not feel like we arranged a kidnapping!

Laura is always our first choice when we plan our travels. She’s reliable, easy to communicate with and spoils our kitty.
Laura is an actual saint. Our poor pooch got into something he shouldn’t have the day before we left him under Laura’s care, and she helped him through the resulting upset tummy situation with so much care. She cooked him rice and broth, slept on the couch with him, and sent frequent updates about how he was doing. We are SO grateful for Laura!
She is so good with my dogs and conscientious. Highly recommended.

Schedule
When I have pet clients, we usually begin our day exactly as they do! I will match what they prefer to do, and if it is acceptable, I will include even more walks and play so that they truly feel safe and loved!
