Hi, I’m Laura. I’m a licensed dog boarder based in Albrighton with many years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of different breeds, ages, and temperaments. I provide a calm, home-from-home environment where dogs receive consistent care, routine, and plenty of attention. I keep numbers low so every dog staying with me is comfortable, supervised, and settled. I am licensed by Shropshire Council and canine first aid trained, giving owners peace of mind that their dog is in safe and experienced hands. Dogs staying with me become part of the household. I’m home throughout the day and plan my routine around the dogs in my care, with regular walks, enrichment, and time to relax. Before any booking I like to arrange a meet and greet so we can make sure your dog feels comfortable and I can learn about their routine, personality, and any specific needs. My focus is always on providing a calm, safe environment where dogs can feel at home while their owners are away.

Our 2 very bonkers but lovable cockapoos had a wonderful time with Laura. I have never been away before because I was always too afraid to leave them, but Laura was very professional and cared about "Our Babies" right from the start. Thank you Laura, you were amazing
Laura was fab with our boy Reggie. Great with communicating with my partner and I updating us with photos about Reggie day. Took him on plenty of walks ! We’re really happy with Laura level care and taking into consideration his needs as reggie developed a sensitive tummy. We hope she will have boy back again soon ?

Laura came to our rescue after we were let down by another sitter/walker. It sounded like both Laura and our dog had a good 1 hour walk. Will definitely rebook again.

Laura is the perfect dog sitter! lily clearly loved her time with Laura - even when I came to collect lily, she still wanted to play with Laura ? I trusted Laura immediately from our first conversation - she was calm and listened intently to all the information about lily. Fantastic - would 100% love Laura to look after lily again

Schedule
Pet care is part of my full-time routine. I'm home throughout the day and plan my schedule around the dogs in my care. I go on multiple walks daily and ensure each dog gets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I'm flexible and can adapt to suit your dog's usual routine, including early mornings, evenings, or specific feeding times.

I prioritise each dog’s safety, comfort, and routine. I follow the owner's instructions closely to ensure consistency and minimise stress. I maintain a calm, clean environment and always ensure fresh water, regular toileting, and supervision. On walks, dogs are kept on lead unless I’ve received written permission to do otherwise in a secure area. I never leave dogs unattended in public and keep to familiar, safe walking routes. Your pet’s wellbeing and trust are my priority at all times.
A typical day
A typical day includes plenty of exercise, attention, and calm companionship. I take dogs on long walks through local green spaces like nearby parks and fields, giving them time to sniff, explore, and enjoy a change of scenery. At home, I provide a quiet, comfortable space where they can rest, play, or simply stay close by. I follow their usual routine for feeding, toileting, and any specific needs. Whether it’s a lively walk or a calm afternoon indoors, your dog will be well cared for and never left for long.
