I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have one of my own (very sweet little cavalier girl), so caring for dogs is second nature to me. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routines, and quirks—and I genuinely enjoy getting to know what makes each one feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and lots of cuddles (if they’re the cuddly type!). I’m also comfortable adjusting care based on a dog’s age, energy level, and any special instructions you have. I treat every dog as if they were my own and aim to give owners total peace of mind while they’re away. Whether your pup is high-energy, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they’re well cared for, exercised, and spoiled with attention.

Laura Hawkes. What can I say? Only the BEST pet parent I think i've ever met. Without gushing too hard, she not only provides shelter, food and warmth, but she CARES. She LOVES. She respects and she listens, giving your dog/cat/uncle's hamster the ultimate far-from-home experience by catering their individual wants, needs, and desires, all within reasons set by YOU. You're not just giving your pet to Laura for a bit, you're giving them a second home.
I couldn’t recommend Laura more as a pet caregiver. She has a great energy and is very attentive to all pets needs. I felt like my dog was very well looked after and could tell he liked Laura even after only one day!

Safety, trust & environment
I live on a quiet residential street near several parks so I can take your pup for lovely walks. I also have a private garden for your pooch to play in or for toilet breaks. I also have a small cavalier girl who is very friendly (but sometimes goes to stay with her grandparents).
Pets
A typical day
Depending on your dogs energy levels and what they like to do (will engage with you beforehand to let me know), we can head to the local park, play games, take in some smells, before spending time in my house. I live only with my partner who is also very good with dogs but will likely be out of the house during the day.
