Hi there! I'm Laura. I have owned or lived with 7 dogs throughout my life. I'm highly active and a responsible professional, currently working full-time remotely for a climate and clean energy think tank. Dog walks - you can expect a fast-paced walk for minimum 30 minutes. Trips to the dog park are always an option, too! Dog sitting - I work from home so I can be there for your dog consistently. Your dog can expect lots of attention, play, to be let outside whenever they need, and plenty of walks! More about me: I've been in Canmore for 5 years and am an active member of the community wherever possible. I'm kind, responsible, and caring, especially when it comes to pets.

You also see my reputation for respecting my clients' homes and leaving everything cleaner than I found it. I really enjoy getting to know new dogs and I believe that this shows through my quality of trust and care that I can provide.
Ratings and reviews
Laura was a great sitter for our dog, Kygo, while we were out of town. She communicated so well both before and during and we were totally comfortable leaving Kygo in her care. We received lots of updates and photos and could see how much fun they had together! We came back to a perfectly looked after home and dog.
It was great meeting Laura. She made a real effort with Gertie and was very good at handling Gertie. Gertie really liked her. Laura made an effort to work with me to be flexible about meeting times, etc. She is a lovely woman.
Laura is incredible! I'm so grateful to have met her. Chandler had a great time and Laura sent updates every day. I felt completely at ease knowing my girl was in great hands.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Laura was fantastic! She was so flexible with our plans and very communicate. What a kind and thoughtful sitter she is. Thanks Laura, for helping make our trip through the Canadian Rockies such a pleasure taking care of Tuck! Highly Recommend!
She was wonderful! She took amazing care of our dog, sent updates and pictures that gave us real peace of mind, and made everything so easy for us. Elfie truly loved her—we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!
Laura was amazing with my pooches Douglas and Nellie. They loved her immediately and couldn’t have been happier when I returned. She’d was also so pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend! Matt
