Your dog's home away from home!
I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for years and decided to put a profile out here in the hopes of meeting more furry friends and helping to give other pet owners peace of mind while having to be away from furry family members. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, personalities and ages including senior dogs with medication needs. I do not have kids, so my dogs have always been like children to me and I take their health and care very seriously.

Laura is great! She did a great job with Luna and sent me pictures. She’s a very caring person and I could tell Luna was well taken care of.
Laura seemed nice we only got 2 photos while he was there 5 nights my biggest issue is that my dog came home sick we picked him up on a Friday around 9am it’s now Sunday morning and he has not eaten he has diarrhea and vomiting he has not eaten since he’s been home that’s nearly 3 days without we didn’t get his dog food bowl back and the food we dropped off seemed unused which makes me wonder if he was fed the wrong food. She also asked us to do the stay without using Rover which makes me think she had more dogs than she was supposed to

Laura was great with Atticus. He made plenty of new friends while he was with her, and she kept me updated with pictures while I was gone. Will definitely use her again
As usual Laura took great care of my Clara. She loves to play with friends that are there and barely remembers we’re gone. I highly recommend Laura!
Dundee and Riley love going to Ms. Lauras house when we are out of town. They are always worn out when they get home!

Schedule
I'm currently on a hybrid work schedule, working two days at home a week and three in the office but am able to come home on lunch breaks if necessary.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is located in the Northland near the airport and has a large, fenced yard and a neighborhood perfect for walking. I’m an active person with one dog who gets along famously with other dogs. If you are interested in my services, we can make arrangements to chat over the phone or meet in person to talk about your furbaby’s needs to ensure I can mirror the schedule they have at home as much as possible. If your baby sleeps in the bed at home, they will while staying with me as well! I know from experience that leaving your furbaby can be stressful and a boarding facility can’t provide the one-on-one attention they get at home. I can assure you I will do my best to make them feel right at home with plenty of snuggles, treats and activities. I am also willing to help with the drop-off and pick up if necessary.

A typical day
I love to see tails wagging! Depending on your dog's abilities, we will take walks and play with toys. For the dogs that just want to relax we will have plenty of cuddle and snuggle time. But I will always have delicious treats no matter what activities we do (provided mom and/or dad say it's OK).
