Laura & Eduardo can host
Availability
Laura now takes 1–4 training appointments Mon–Fri, so she’s in and out during the day. Eduardo runs boarding full-time, ensuring consistent care while Laura is off-site 1–4 hrs. Closed to the Public: On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we are not available for pickups, drop-offs, or meet-and-greets. Boarding still continues as usual—we’re just not open to the public those two days. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy We start early, so drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM. Need earlier or later? Book an extra night and drop off the night before or pick up the next morning. We confirm exact times closer to the date. We’re flexible—but good communication is key. A 30-minute grace period is included, but we can’t accommodate long time windows (1+ hour) unless we stay in close contact. We coordinate exact times directly with you, rather than relying on Rover’s broad time windows. Late Pick-Up Fees: • Up to 30 mins late: No charge • 30 mins–4 hrs late: Half nightly rate • 4.5+ hrs late: Full nightly rate ⸻

Safety, trust & environment
Safety always comes first for us. We use crates during mealtimes and rest, but your dog is never crated all day. Dogs rotate through five activities day and night to help them naturally welcome their rest time. We can offer fully crate-free stays in rare cases—but only for dogs truly trained and ready for that structure. We’re happy to answer any questions about how we manage the environment. While your dog won’t interact directly with our other animals (cats and exotics like reptiles), they’ll still enjoy the enrichment of a sensory-rich, structured environment. For safety and privacy, we don’t offer full home tours—but you’re welcome to ask for photos or videos of the setup, or to see the outdoor area during a meet-and-greet. We just ask that any images shared with you be kept private and not shared or posted publicly. What if my dog can’t be around other dogs? We understand some dogs need space—whether due to reactivity, past trauma, health concerns, or simply your preference. While we often host more than one dog at a time, we’re fully equipped to manage dogs separately and still give each one the focused time, care, and attention they deserve. Since we work as a team, one of us can always dedicate time to your dog without compromising their comfort or safety. Just let us know your dog’s needs—we’re happy to discuss how we can make their stay calm and stress-free. Cat Boarding For safety and comfort, our boarding setup for cats uses single, double, or triple-level enclosures—never free-roaming in the house. While we do offer one-on-one interaction for cats that are sweet and social, we keep them safely contained due to frequent open doors (to the yard or street) and the presence of dogs in the home, some of whom may not be cat-friendly. This setup ensures your cat stays secure, calm, and stress-free during their stay. ⸻

Information Laura & Eduardo G. would like to know about your pet
To provide the best experience, we ask for details about your dog’s personality, behavior, health, and routine. Food Instructions: Please pre-portion each meal into easy-to-open bags, with one or two extras included. This helps us stay organized and keeps your dog on their familiar diet. We’re happy to share photos and videos of the areas your dog will enjoy—both before booking and as part of your regular updates during their stay. While we’re not offering in-person or virtual tours at this time, you’ll still get a clear sense of where your pup is spending their time. ⸻
A typical day
Dogs are aired out every 1.5–2 hours and enjoy 3–5 daily activities tailored to their preferences, ranging from calm to exciting, solo to social, and recreational to educational. Most of the updates you’ll see are outdoors—that’s when the dogs are usually the most active and expressive, so it makes for great photos! But we’re in hot, humid Florida, so rest assured they spend most of their time indoors where it’s cool. Outdoor time is still a regular part of their day. Without structure or purpose, time spent in the house can become monotonous and under-stimulating, turning the home into a bigger cage. That’s why we incorporate a thoughtful balance of decompression and structured activities across different areas, using each space with purpose and intent to keep your dog engaged, challenged, and fulfilled. ⸻

Took great care of my dog. Very knowledgeable on dog training and behavior.

This was our second time leaving our dog Teddy with Laura and Eduardo while we take a family vacation. Teddy always has a great time!
Laura an Eduardo go above and beyond ! Zola wasn’t feeling well after she was picked up. Eduardo came to the house to bring her medicine for her stomach ! She was finished with them but they continued to care for her !
