I can't recommend Laura highly enough. Her care for our nervous pup with severe separation anxiety was excellent from her arrival for our meet and greet. She is the first person to enter our home in nearly two years, who the pup hasn't barked at, amazing! During that meet and greet our pup was relaxed enough to play and have a chewing session with her 'bone' and later hopped onto the sofa and curled up next to Laura, another first. Come the day, I had no worries about leaving the pup with Laura. Although there were some whimpers and whines to start, we received a photo of the pup relaxed and fast asleep on the sofa. We left our function earlier than planned and, despite a family emergency cropping up just as we travelled home, we were impressed that Laura didn't rush straight out the door as expected but stayed to talk us through her day with our pup. We appreciated this and felt it was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to leave our pup with Laura again, it might be useful to do this to help with the pup's separation anxiety. Thank you, Laura.
