I am a Registered Veterinary Tech.
Hi there! I'm Laura. Being an RVT means I completed a 2 year Veterinary Technology program and passed the National and North Carolina Board Exams. I have worked at 2 different animal hospitals as well as a mobile veterinarian. During the last 10 years, I have worked part-time as an RVT. Recently I've been helping friends and family with their pets while out of town and someone recommended Rover. With my RVT training and my love for dogs and cats, I can assist healthy young pets that need attention and exercise as well as those that need more, like medication administration or subcutaneous fluids. I believe our pets are part of the family and I will treat yours the same.

I have my own reliable transportation and am ready to visit your dog(s) or cat(s) at their home so they can be most comfortable. I enjoy walking dogs and playing with them. I of course can feed, medicate, brush, and pick up for you. I also have a very special place in my heart for senior animals and am trained to give medication and pick up on any animal discomfort and can share any concerns I have.

Laura goes above and beyond! When my elderly dog refused to go on his scheduled walk, Laura took the time to play fetch with him and make sure he got time outside. She is very knowledgeable about animals, kind, punctual, communicative, and above all, reliable. I know my pets are in good hands when Laura is available to spend time with them!

Schedule
I want to offer pet owners piece of mind when they are at work or on vacation knowing their furry one(s) are taken care of. I am available every week day for at least 2 visits to your home and can do 3 visits on most weekends.

- Please let me know of any medical conditions your pet may have and any medications they are taking. Also I would love to know of any treats they can have as well as any habits I should be aware of.
