Experienced Dog Handler
My name is Laura and I have been caring for and rescuing dogs on and off for over 10 years. I have experience with all types of small dogs including crate training, leash training, commands like “sit” and socialization training for the more challenging little ones. I am a fan of Caesar Milan’s training techniques and have worked with dog behaviorists to improve my craft. I am flexible and will crate or not crate a dog based on owner’s preference. I have an unfenced yard for play and potty on a leash but I also provide walks around the neighborhood. I will honor the owner’s requests to keep dog off the furniture or allow dog on the furniture. I am a strong believer in consistency to maintain a dog’s training. I will only board multiple pets if they are from the same family. I do not currently have any pets. I am a full-time teacher with normal working hours and I can provide a consistent feeding schedule and 3 walks a day.

Laura was absolutely amazing ! She will be cuties sitter going forward. This was my first time using a sitter service and Cuties first time being around someone other than me and my daughter. She was so welcoming. From the moment i came in her home i knew it was the fit. Cutie immediately felt comfortable. She took note of every single he liked and made a home away from home for him. She made she sure send pictures and videos through the day. I literally did not have to worry about his care with him. I am be pleased and so thankful ! I also needed to make last minute extensions for his care because i was in the middle of a move and Laura made it a priority to accommodate.
A great experience again with Laura! She takes great care of our 2 senior dogs and makes them feel comfortable and safe during boarding. Very easy to work with and sends great photos of our pooches during their stay. It's a great relief to see our dogs develop confidence under her care. Thanks again for an excellent boarding experience!

Schedule
I work 9-5. I am able to provide 3 walks a day, 8am, 5pm, 9pm (for example). I may be able to provide midday walks depending on the week and the advanced notice.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is very calm and quiet. I allow pets to approach me and I give them space as needed. There are no children or other pets in my home. Both doors to my house have two sets of doors (through the porch and the kitchen) which help prevent escapes if you have a pet who frequently tries to escape.
A typical day
I can provide toys for fetch, tug of war, outdoor and indoor play time. I offer long or short walks depending on client's needs. I will allow your pet to snuggle on the couch and sleep in my bed if that is part of your routine with them, but I will respect whichever rules you have.
