Laura is a very responsible person. Laura took care of both the dog and the cat after I got sick and was unable to do so. I have spent 20 years in law enforcement in the Tampa Bay Area. Without a doubt, Laura is one of the most trusting responsible people I have ever met.

Laura watched my 5 year old cat Walter while I was out of town for 2 weeks, and I was thrilled with her service all around. Walter is my baby, of course, and I felt super anxious about leaving him for so long. It was as if Laura knew exactly what would put my mind at ease, especially in the thoughtful way she went about communicating with me prior to my trip - she initiated questions such as what times he typically eats, which toys are his favorites, and what are his typical behavior patterns. She went above and beyond sending me cute pictures of Walter to help me feel better which I probably won't need her to do moving forward since this experience with her really put me at ease. I felt that she truly cared about making sure the experience was a positive one for both Walter and for me. I will be using Laura every time I go out of town from now on. Highly recommend!
