Hi! My name is Laura and I am a recent graduate from Virginia Tech. I have had a life-long passion for taking care of animals and hope to care for yours. Throughout my life I have cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals, horses, cows, pigs, chickens, and much more! I love all animals, big and small, and am able to watch over your household pets and/or any farm pets. I have had dogs my entire life, currently a proud pup owner of my hyper, loving golden retriever, and I know all the ins and outs of canine care. I provide play-time, grooming, walks/dog park visits, food/water cleaning and replenishment, medical aid, and so much more for your pup(s). I have training experience with puppies, and can handle all temperaments. Elderly dogs hold a special place in my heart so I will ensure their safety and comfortability. No matter the age or size, I would love to care for your four-legged family member!

I will keep your pet(s) safe at your home and/or outside by keeping them on a leash, crating if necessary or requested, keeping your doors locked at all times, and taking precautions to make sure your pet doesn’t get into anything they are not allowed to have.

Laura was the best pet/house sitter we’ve ever had !! (and weve had a lot over the years )We travel all the time with our jobs and leisure too - and when we can’t take our dog i have anxiety about leaving her .! Laura was amazing - she lovingly connected with our Aussie and our cat - sent photos and updates daily, the packages were brought in , and house was cleaner than we left it . You can tell she’s not just doing this for income she genuinely loves animals and I hope we can find availabilty for her again !!! Thank you Laura !!!!
Laura has become our regular sitter for Ollie, and she goes above and beyond every visit. She spends extra time playing with our pup, sends lots of pictures and detailed updates, and takes very good care of our house. This visit coincided with Easter, and she even set up a dog-friendly Easter egg hunt for Ollie. I truly can't recommend Laura enough!

Laura is hands down the best Rover we have ever found! She took great care of our boys while we were away, sending several check-ins per day with lots of pictures of the adventures they had. Laura went above and beyond and walked our boys around the neighborhood each day of her stay and gave them lots of outdoor play time with each other as well as with her. I couldn't be more grateful for how sweet and attentive she was to our boys. ❤️❤️❤️
Laura consistently provides the highest quality care for our dog and our home. She spends so much quality time with Ollie doing all of her favorite things, and she gives us thorough daily updates and responds quickly when we reach out. She also leaves our home exactly as she found it, if not even more tidy than it was before, and we are always pleasantly surprised how clean everything is when we get home! It can be hard to trust someone to take care of your pet and stay in your home, but we trust Laura completely with both and can't recommend her enough.
Laura, once again was so great with our dog. Keeping us well updated and keeping him well entertained. Laura is our go to whenever she is available. Thanks again Laura!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule so I will ensure dates/times meet your needs. I provide house visits and walks any day of the week. I also have my own vehicle so reliable transportation is not an issue.
