My backdoor opens into a 6 foot fenced, fully gated, dog run. They have 24/7 access to this, unless it's raining. We then have the "big back yard" or 1/4 acers, which has no shade and a chicken coop. So, I have to be a with them and it can'tbe blistering hot, that we work our some energy. We love outdoor time, so as long as the weather cooperates we are outside! When inside they are able to roam as they please, sit on the couch, sleep on the bed and get all the pets. I only use a crate if that is what they are used to.

I have experience with all ages and behaviors. I am comfortable with medications or special needs that they may require. I am also comfortable with animals that may be very anxious or need to have things done on their time.
A typical day
Now that the weather is nice we are outside all day. The dogs and friends are welcome to run the whole yard when I am out with them. Our backyard is a huge hill, with a path, and no one has yet to turn down running up and down, chasing a ball. While inside there are many comfy spots (with Minky blankets because everyone needs a cozy cuddle spot) to to curl on and have a good nap....or cuddle. My dogs eat raw but we always have extra treats for our firends!

Pet care experience
I grew up with cats and dogs since day one. As I got older I joined a local rescue as a pet foster parent and eventually rescued a few of my own outside of the rescue. I have had many types breeds of dogs in my care and have also watched ferrets, guinea pigs, goats, and cats. I have experience from newborn puppies/kittens/ chicks to senior care. I went through multiple puppy training classes with both my Dane and Shorthair.

My dogs were so loved I was afraid they wouldn’t want to come home. Exactly what you would hope for when you have someone else watching your babies. They had a great visit. Were very well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Laura was great! She was willing to take our pup super last minute for a quick trip and our pup seemed happy! She was very communicative, responded quickly, and sent updates. She seems very knowledgeable and willing to go beyond for the dogs she sits. We would use her again!
We needed someone super last minute to stay with our cats overnight and she was honestly amazing. She responded really fast, was easy to communicate with, and took such good care of them. I loved getting the pictures and updates, it made being away way less stressful. Definitely would book with her again
