Safety is my number one priority. I’m never away for very long. I never open an entry door without making sure that my dogs are gated or behind another interior door away from a point of escape. I am very familiar with even the sneakiest of escape artist’s, so I will ask to see all points of entry/exit of your home at our meet and greet. Your fur babies’ safety is in good hands with me and my ultimate priority. (I plan around physician appointments and other drop ins)

I have 19 and 12 year old daughters who may be present with me during drop ins, especially if it’s during a school break. They are well-behaved and usually sit outside to limit excitement while I’m caring for your pets. My services are limited to drop in visits only, but I have provided this service for cats, rats, birds, dogs and I will even water your plants (always with instructions for care of each). I service the Xenia and Cedarville/surrounding areas.

My focus is drop ins for people who work long hours or do cats while people are on vacation. I will accept drop ins for dogs while owners are on vacation if the stay is close to my home and drive time isn’t too much so that they aren’t going long periods of time alone.

I have had animals my entire life, I love them all; big and small. I treat them all as my own. I can be found on the floor playing with a dog almost anywhere I go. Your best friend is in good hands with me as I am home full time and would like to do what I love and that is working with animals. I find working with animals to be fulfilling and makes me happy to keep them company while their people are at work or away and unable to do so. Working with animals in a non-veterinary setting is my dream job and I hope to make some new friends in the process. I will send pictures, updates, and make sure your buddy is happy and loved while you are away. I am with them 24/7 for the most part and this is what I do, so my rates reflect my experience and dedication to being the best pet sitter for you and your furry friends. You can count on me to care for furry friends in a gentle and thorough manner as if they were my own.

Laura takes care of my dog as if he was her own. I know he gets all of the love and attention he needs while I have to be away.

I am very happy that I choose Laura as my pet sitter. She took very good care of my cat! Very timely, communicative and sent many pics during my cat's stay with her. She's flexible with dates/times/pick up and drop off, the latter of which I requested at the last minute and she approved. I am definitely going to work with her again in the future.
