I do Rover full-time! I am available for housesitting, drop-in visits, and walks; please feel free to reach out, even if it's same-day. AND -- now offering boarding + day care! I have a big yard with a separate pen, so everyone's safe and happy at all times :) PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like to do a meet and greet and you're selecting "drop-in"'s, please select an additional drop-in for the meet and greet. So here's the thing. That older tripod boxer I have? She taught me every. single. lesson. a person needs to know to keep their dog safe. I am constantly scanning for other dogs, prey, physical obstacles etc. during walks and play time. I practice safe introductions whether or not your animal is familiar with the other animal we may encounter (neighbor, etc) because I'm also aware that their behavior might change from how they behave with their parent vs me! I think it's important your animal sees no change in their environment as far as trust/safety--their routine should stay exactly the same, if not with the addition of some more adventures!

We had to book a last-minute trip to visit grandma due to a health issue, all while my 14-year-old fur baby’s health was rapidly declining, caring for three other dogs, and preparing for my toddler’s first road trip. Needless to say, my anxiety was through the roof. Laura made me feel so much more comfortable from the very first meet-and-greet. She asked thoughtful questions, took notes, listened carefully to all my concerns, and provided reassurance when I needed it most. And she was absolutely not kidding when she said we’d come home to a house cleaner than we left it! When we returned, the dogs were calm, happy, and clearly well cared for. Knowing my senior boy was in such attentive and compassionate hands gave me priceless peace of mind during a very stressful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring.
Laura was amazing! It was my first time booking her and I couldn’t be happier. She took such good care of my girl. She communicated every step of the way, sent photos, left my house clean! I’m admittedly high maintenance when it comes to my sweet girl and my home-zero complaints! I will definitely book her again.
