I'm currently working solely as a dog walker and pet sitter, so I have lots of time to spend working with your pets. I do get booked up quickly. I am the primary house hold caretaker of my own family and home, so I do go home daily, for a few hours, to spend time with them. But when I am your pet sitter, I am committed to spending lots of time with them, so that they are always happy and enriched.

I work with my clients to make sure they are satisfied with my work. Every pet and pet owner has their unique wants and needs and I am always willing to accommodate those. A typical day
2 hours walking and/or playtime in the mornings and again in the evenings. Some dogs like to go on daytime field trips. Potty breaks every 3-5 hours. Sleep overs.

I love animals. For all of my existence, I have had lots of pets. I worked at Sunnybrae Animal Clinic for a long time and know a lot about animals in general. Prior to SBAC, I worked at the Companion Animal Foundation. I have a bachelor's degree in Zoology from HSU and I have dedicated my life to help animals in need. I have veterinary and client references. I do pet and house sitting. I go to other people's homes to watch their pets in their preferred place of comfort. I can do daily visits or stay overnights. I also do dog walking. I've worked with all types of animals including canines, felines, equine, avians, reptiles, and aquatics. I also have experience working with dogs that have behavioral issues and need training. I also have some vet tech skills and work with animals that have medical needs. I can administer fluids, medications, and injections. I love what I do.

Laura is so sweet and loving with my pets when I have to travel. I have three cats and a large dog that requires long walks. She has been able to give my cat medications as one of my cats needs to be on thyroid medicine. She has also house sat for us and not only keeps the house clean but also Waters plants and takes care of the garden. Our fur babies are never stressed When we arrive back home and it gives us huge amount of Peace of Mind.
Laura was recommended to me for pet sitting services and it’s been a real game changer for me. Besides being a very nice person - I appreciate the peace of mind knowing I have someone in my home for extended periods of time who is trustworthy, beyond capable/knowledgable, and who truly cares about my furry family (1 extremely bossy/needy cat and 2 equally spoiled dogs). It’s obvious this isn’t just a “way to make $$” - she truly cares about what she does. I HIGHLY recommend her for any of your pet care needs.
