Please contact for pricing based on location. Rates will increase based on mileage outside of Richmond. Dog lover, Cat Mom. Big, small, stubborn, loud, quiet, shy, young, old, hyper, chill - all animals deserve to be loved. Grew up in suburbs near trails with dogs on and off leash. Flexible schedule. I have a large car to bring 1 or multiple dogs out for adventures. With permission, I may spoil them. Worked as a vet tech assistant for 3 years. Rasied many dogs from puppies and am familiar with positive reinforcement training, crate training, and clicker training. Experienced with dogs that are people and/or dog shy and know how to handle the situation. I do not believe in such a thing as naturally aggressive dogs. Everyone has their own personality and experiences, so do animals.

I am available to care for your dog or cat in your home and can stay for extended periods within a 1-hour driving distance of Burlington. I love being active so am happy to take them hiking, running, or out for a gentle walk. I am unable to care for pets at my home.

Laura kept me updated with pictures and progress on Teddy, who was a recent adoption for us, so we were anxious leaving him. We were happy to have her come for a meet and greet ahead of time. He enjoyed his snowshoe with her and being able to share the bed! I would certainly use her again and recommend her heartily.
Laura did a great job taking care of our dogs and our house. She put in the effort to get to know our less social dog so that the experience was comfortable for everyone. She is a great communicator and kept me posted the whole time we were away.
Laura was amazing with our hound dog. The dog loved her! I could tell when we got back after a week away that the dog was happy, well-exercised and not anxious at all. Laura was so communicative, professional and friendly throughout the whole stay. It was such a relief to know the dog was in good hands. We’d rebook with her again no question!!!

My babies are everything to me. We hardly travel without them because we haven’t found anyone yet who can or is willing to care for them in a way that I’m content with. Enter Laura. Laura proves her trustworthiness by her excellent care and communication before booking. She is very competent regarding what I feel to be more complex pup situations. Added bonus, she is active and is able to give my high energy pups a good amount of exercise. My partner and I were able to have a fantastic time away without any worries. I am thrilled with Laura, and hope she is interested in working with us again!

Dates de la garde
I'm currently working full time 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday-Friday in Burlington near Redrocks. I can do walks or check-in's before and after work for locations near my home or office. I'm available on the weekends for longer periods. I am happy to come to your home or office.
