Hi, my name is Laura! I'm a patient, reliable, caring, hardworking animal lover who would love to take care of your animals! I have been caring for dogs of various sizes and energy levels since I was 6. Growing up I had a very high energy chocolate lab named Ginger. She was horrible on a leash and way too strong for me to manage as an 8 year old. I was determined though to be able to walk a dog on my own, so I asked my neighbors who had smaller, more manageable dogs if I could walk their dogs. I walked two of my neighbors dogs on a weekly basis, and I've been in love with walking and caring for dogs ever since! Eventually, I even gained control over my beloved Ginger, and was able to walk her on my own. Over the years I have taken care of my own dogs, cats, hamsters, rat and Guinea pigs. Currently I have a year old Australian shepherd/heeler mix named Aspen and two main coon cats named Marshall and Skye. I also have experience pet sitting dogs, cats, geckos, fish, and rabbits of my friends and family. I worked for 2 years at Petco where I gained experience in caring for various small animals, reptiles, and amphibians. I love all animals! I love the outdoors and exploring new trails and parks! While your animals are in my care I will treat them like they are a part of my family. I will also exercise their bodies and mind.
