Hi all, I'm Laura, Welsh originally and have lived some time in France too. For clarity, I am more comfortable to work in English. I have confidence with all breads of dogs, and experience with most situations. I have cared for puppies, deaf and blind dogs, those needing medication, senior dogs, as well as large, strong dogs. I have also much experience and I have learnt a lot about reactive dogs as ours past recently who struggled with reactive traits. My partner Marie and I now have a rescue dog, a female cocker spaniel who would love to join us on walks only if that suits you and your dog of course. As a family, we love to take long hikes, road trips and camp when we can, as well as explore small towns, islands and cities. When living in France I was based in the mountains so I am very much an outdoors girl. We also have 2 cats at home, and so I am more than willing to work with cats on this profile. Marie might occasionally help or join in with jobs if this suits you, which we would be transparent about if and when. Please ask if have a question, as I can be flexible with details on my profile so it is always worth an ask.

We unfortunately can not offer our home for any services due to having our two cats. As for safety outside, I would not expect to socialize the dog I am caring for unless specified and keep the walk or visit personal to assure no incorrect meetings with people or other dogs. I would always handle the dog on a leash of course. I have a dog, Betty who could be introduced if you were happy with that however this would likely be once I have a bond already and believe they could walk together well. I would not impose my dog on yours for example. I consider myself respectful and transparent.

Laura went to check and feed my cat Desmond. Communication was smooth and he seemed happy when I got home! I also got pictures from the visit which was great! 😊

I would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for pet care. She took my dog, Athena (who is a bit of a strange one at times) put for a massively long hike, so she was active and entertained for the whole day while I was busy. She communicate clearly about transportation and timing, as well as how it was going throughout the day with Athena including pictures and videos. It definitely made me feel reassured that Athena was being taken care of well. Thank you!

Programa
I am not currently working so my availability sits mostly during working days/hours. Possibility to be flexible into the evenings or weekends with notice/discussion. My partner, Marie is also available to jump in and help if I might not be able.
