Home all weekend and I love dogs!
Weekend and evening availability. I’ve had dogs and other pets my whole life and am experienced and knowledgeable about their care, and love spending time with them! Equally happy cuddling on the couch if your pup is a couch potato or running and exploring if they’re an athlete. Spacious wood floored home with plenty of toys and space to run around and comfy couches to snooze on. Large fenced yard for potty breaks and plenty of nearby parks to explore. Experienced with puppies and senior dogs and any additional needs such as bathing, brushing, and giving medications. I have a 14 year old Australian Shepherd, who loves everyone and everything and is the most easygoing dog around, as well as 2 cats, and frequently a foster dog in the home. Let me be your dog’s home away from home!

Laura took great care of our dog during a week-long boarding and followed our care instructions. We plan to request her for future boarding! She regularly communicates and provides updates. She’s flexible and patient around pick up / drop off times, and ensures our dog is happy and comfortable; for example, giving him a bath and brushing when he rolled in burrs while playing outside.
I have a senior pet that needed a ton of extra love this weekend. Laura is so kind and takes wonderful care of Bob when he is with her. I really don’t have anyone else I trust with his needs. She’s the best!

Laura was so friendly and great with our dog! She was willing to host a meet and greet in advance, offered pictures and updates during the stay, and was flexible and accommodating when our travel plans had to change. Definitely recommend Laura for others in the future!

Schedule
I work full time, but am home all evening and consistently on the weekends, and take long walks around the neighborhood after work most evenings.

I have a very pet friendly home and large privacy fenced yard and comfy dog beds around the living room and bedrooms. With my experience in fostering rescue dogs, I am comfortable establishing feeding routines and separations, administering medications, giving baths, and dogs with all sorts of needs.

A typical day
I spend a lot of time in the toy filled yard in the evenings and on weekends, so there’s plenty of opportunity for playing fetch, lying on the deck, and going for walks around the neighborhood and to the park.
