Responsible and caring sitter for Happy Paws
Pet care experience
I am a law graduate based in Dundee awaiting the sart of my post graduate studies. I was raised in a pet-loving household and I have been taking care of my two dogs since I was a kid. I love dogs and going on walks, thus my friends and family are always happy to rely on me to feed, walk, play and sit their dogs. I am very cautious and make sure that I follow all the instructions rigorously as each and every dog have different needs. Safety, health and the best experience for your paw-ferct dogs are my priority.

I have a big back garden where we can enjoy the sunshine and walk around to offer the best day-sitting services for your dog. In the flat pets are allowed in the furniture to sleep and relax throughout the day and night. For walking your dog abailablity is early mornings and afternoons.

Information Laura A. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has special needs or there is any behaviour which I should be aware of prior. I would be happy to accomodate any needs for the dogs or undertake any activities, games that would help with their training such as taking out frequently.
A typical day
The activities that I like to undertake with the dogs focus on promoting development in puppies, but also are part of adult dogs’ routines. Through different activities my aim is to help them to relieve the stress of being away from their families, to use their senses and to mentally stimulate them while having a good time. Activities include interaction and socialising, scent work, walks int he nature (nearby park/ garden), or playing games such as discovering hidden food. Walks and sniffy time - having long sniffy times during their walks can enrich their smell sensory. Dogs enjoy sniffing around in nature, and taking their garden time to stop on walks to sniff is a great way that helps them to develop. Discovering hidden food - hiding pop treats in a snuffle mat for them to snuffle out, is traning time and education that help with their cognitive skills. Interacting and socialising - The quiet and bright enviroment in the flat and in the garden facilitates a positive interaction with me, but also in cases of sitting dogs from different families, it is a great opportunity for them to socialise. Walks on the park nearby are also a great opportunity to socialise with other dogs. Resting and Recharging - taking the time to relax and allow them to just is equally impoartant to ensure they have enough sleep so they can process the day’s lessons and activities.
