All my life I’ve had animals ranging from guniea pigs, rabbits, cats, tortoises, dogs etc. I currently have a golden lab who has a great temperament and is well socialised with other dogs, and is amazing with people, and children. She’s a ball of energy and love. I also have a cats called Ivy, and Root who are very affectionate, and playful. They get on great with people, and animals. I’m trustworthy and I will treat your dog the same way as I treat my own. There is a big walking area just a few minutes walk from my front door which has fields, water and, a tarmacked path which goes on for miles. I also have my own transport which helps going different places. I will send updates and pictures of your dog if you want. I am flexible so can dedicate more time proving these services for dogs, and working around you and your schedule. I live in a detached house and, have a good sized garden at home which is totally private and secure with a 6ft doubled fence surrounding it, safety is a big priority. A brief meet and greet to make sure everyone is happy to go ahead with booking 😊 I DONT ACCEPT BOOKINGS WITHOUT A MEET & GREET!

Our dog stayed with Laura for two nights at the beginning of July. When we picked her up, the behaviour our dog apparently exhibited in the last day of her stay was not familiar to me or anyone who has looked after my dog in the past. The first feedback we received was great, our dog seemed settled and was napping and eating. However within the last few hours of her stay, Laura said our dog had bitten her child, but then admitted this didn't happen, only that she thought the dog would have bitten them if she hadn't intervened. The lack of clarity in her account of this makes me question her integrity. Laura has had 5 star reviews so people must be happy with her service, but my dog came home hungry and out of sorts. If an incident did happen in the last day, given our dog had a glowing report before this, I can only assume something has happened in the house to unnerve her. She has never bitten in the past. Laura was open with us about a previous experience when her dog was set upon by another, and my feeling is that this had made her overly cautious. If I need a dog sitter again, I'm afraid I won't use Laura.

Laura looked after our boy today and he was extremely well looked after. Laura met our dog before to ensure he would settle which was a good step. It was extremely warm so Laura provided fun water based activities to keep him cool. Communication before, during and after was first class. He came back happy and tired. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone.
Our lab, Bonnie, spent two nights with Laura whilst we went to a wedding. Laura couldn’t have been lovelier. Really liked that Laura organised a meet before the stay over so she and Bonnie could get to know each other. It all went perfectly well and I wouldn’t hesitate to have Bonnie stay again. Thanks so much Laura.
A great experience. Laura was great with Daisy. I was really grateful of the time she took to meet us first and make sure Daisy would be happy with her and importantly they would be happy with Daisy! I would be very confident in leaving Daisy with Laura again. She was very well cared for and had a lovely day. Thank you!

Schedule
I work from home, so I have plenty of free time to care for animals. They won’t be left unattended for any time. I’m flexible as well

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 6 foot fenced garden, with gates that lock / unlock from inside my garden. I only watch one dog at a time, so I can give them the attention and safety they need. I also have a bit of my garden sectioned off to give them their own personal space when outside in my garden.

A typical day
We are so lucky to live by a big walking area, full of fields, and water. Often meeting other dog walkers. It’s a great bit for exercise, the dogs can go in shallow, or deep bits of water.
