A Vet Who Loves Them Like You Do
My name is Latisha, and my love for animals is unquestionable. I’m a bubbly, compassionate person who truly enjoys caring for animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have many years of both personal and professional hands-on experience. I’m a full-time veterinarian and use Rover as an opportunity to continue doing what I love during my downtime—caring for animals and giving their owners peace of mind while they’re away. My veterinary background allows me to provide attentive, knowledgeable care and recognize when something may be out of the ordinary. I work four days a week on a rotating schedule, typically between 8 AM–6:30 PM. Because of this, I’m unable to provide continuous or 24/7 care. However, your pet’s routine and needs will always be prioritized, including meals, walks, potty breaks, medications, and scheduled care. I may also step out for work, errands, or personal activities throughout the day. Overnight stays are absolutely available for house sittings if that’s something your pet needs—just let me know! I’m comfortable caring for senior and geriatric pets who may need a little extra assistance, as well as pets requiring oral or injectable medications. Every pet has their own routine/needs, so let me know what your pet requires and we can make sure we’re a good fit.

Latisha took such great care of my dog, Buddy. He had recently been diagnosed with a seizure disorder and needed medication twice daily. She administered without any issues and kept me updated with texts and photos. So grateful for the great care she took!

My availability varies weekly due to my rotating work schedule, but I typically have some availability each day at different times. Just reach out and we can see what works! 😊
