Work from home, vet tech experience
I work from home as a writer, so I'm able to care for your pet throughout the day. My wife and I have had pets for the last 20 years, and we're definitely animal lovers! I have experience working at an animal hospital as a vet tech, so I'm comfortable giving medications and caring for pets with some medial problems. I also have experience with elderly pets and their special needs, training puppies, Spina Bifida dogs, diapering dogs, and lots of experience with bully breeds and their health and safety needs (we have two English Bulldogs and volunteer for a local bulldog rescue). One of my favorite hobbies is jogging, so if you have a dog that likes to run we can do it together. We believe pets are family and will treat your fur baby like they are my own while you are away.

We could not be more thankful that we found Laszlo when we moved to Carbondale a few years ago. He has taken the best care of our cat when we go out of town and we always have so much peace of mind knowing he treats him like one of his own pets. Thank you so much Laszlo!
Laszlo is the best!!!
Laszlo was AMAZING! I left him with my two cats, who are both very sensitive and affectionate. He made sure to give them plenty of love and attention. He sent great photos and updates every day and when I returned home, both cats had clean litter and full water bowls. He totally won over my grumpy cat and I will 100% be asking him to come back again!

Laszlo is so great with my two senior cats. They love him and he takes care of them like they were his own. He communicates with me twice a day while I’m away and sends the best photos of my babies.

Schedule
I work from home as a writer, so my schedule is very flexible. I also have a car. This allows me to be available to your pet at most times if needed.

Safety, trust & environment
I'm great at following instructions and am happy to follow your house rules. I can safely administer medications and injections. I am always very aware of keeping your pet as safe as possible at all times. Safety is my #1 concern.
Pets
A typical day
I am a long distance runner, so I am happy to run with your pup if they are the kind of dog that likely to burn off lots of energy. When we 1st meet, I'll ask you to show me your dogs routine and their needs, and I am happy to stick to the route they are comfortable with if they are less energetic.
