My goal is a happy and safe dog!
I have been caring for animals since I was young and I truly feel the most comfortable when helping others and their pets. I will treat your furbabies as if they are my own. Me and my husband enjoy volunteering our time with local dog rescues, hiking as well as spending time with family. We provide exercise for dogs each day. Walks usually run in half-hour or one-hour increments. I can be very active and very Mellow just chilling at home depending on the dog! I don’t have any pets and I never book more than 1 pet at a time unless they’re from the same owner. I live with my husband and I work from home. So I have plenty of time to spend with your furbaby. Please always remember to bring pee pads for your pet. Accidents can happen, and having pads on hand helps me keep your furry friend comfortable and my space clean. Thank you so much for your help with this! Walk the dogs usually three times a day, we play in the yard while home, feed them, set up a comfortable place for nap and sleep. I have net in all my windows and only one exit door. Safety is a priority for me. Keep the house clean to make sure pets ( especially puppies) are safe around the house. For safety reasons all meet and greets will take place outside my home, we can also meet in a near coffee shop or any dog friendly place nearby. This helps the dogs get acquainted on neutral ground and allows us to chat comfortably.

Laryssa has been amazing and communicative. She took good care of our puppy, Charlotte, while we went out of the country for 2 weeks. From the first interaction with Laryssa over the phone I felt very confident in the quality of care since Laryssa shared her experience and that she only watches one dog at a time (which I was looking for). Thank you again, Laryssa! I would absolutely love for you to watch Charlotte again next time!
My Maggie had a wonderful stay with Laryssa! I received daily photos. This was my first time leaving her away from home. I was more anxious than Maggie was. Laryssa took such great care of her she was almost jumping for joy. After our meet and greet Maggie was wagging her whole body and looking for her new friend! Thanks Laryssa!
We couldn’t be happier with Laryssa! She took care of our little doggie Chanel, like she was her own. We got daily pics, hilarious updates, and one very happy pup who may or may not love Laryssa more than us now. Chanel came home totally spoiled (in the best way) and possibly better behaved thn when she left . It’s rare to find someone so reliable, fun, and genuinely caring. If you’re lucky enough to book Laryssa — do it! Your dog will thank you with tail wags and puppy smiles
Laryssa took care of my babies like they were her own! I was gone for 3 weeks and I felt at ease the whole time because of Laryssa’s gentle and friendly demeanor, open communication, and frequent pictures. My pets were welcomed into her home by her whole family and I am so grateful to know they were loved (not just taken care of) while I was on vacation.

Schedule
Because I work from home I usually have time to go on walks several times a day. I can be flexible with the time depending on what they need.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
You can bring crate, blankets, favorite toys and whatever they need to feel at home. I don’t require crates unless they use it at home.
A typical day
I take them for a walk at the park, beach or in the neighborhood, sometimes we just stay home and chill. Some owners allow me to let dogs play with other dogs so I would let them play in the yard with neighbors dogs.
