I also ensure that pets are supervised at all times, especially during walks or outdoor play. 2. Trust: Building trust with both the pets and their owners is crucial. I take the time to understand each pet’s individual needs and behavior, establishing a routine that makes them feel secure. I also communicate openly with pet owners about their pets’ daily activities and any concerns that may arise. 3. Environment: Whether in my home or a client’s home, I create a welcoming atmosphere for pets. This includes providing a comfortable space for resting, engaging them in interactive play, and maintaining a clean environment. I am also mindful of each pet’s routine to minimize stress and ensure they feel at home. Overall, my commitment to safety, trust, and a positive environment helps ensure that pets receive the best care possible.
A typical day
I like to keep pets happy and engaged with activities that match their personality and energy level. We can go for walks, play fetch or tug, enjoy interactive toys and games, practice simple tricks with positive reinforcement, or just spend time cuddling and giving them attention. My goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
