Dog owner not minding having extras
I have been a dog owner for the last 16 years (I have had a cat as well). I have also been helping a dog rescue with fostering and my current dog is a "foster fail" :), e.g. I ended up keeping him after fostering.

Ratings and reviews
Lars is outstanding. Excellent communication before the stay and during the stay. Sent update pictures during the day. Shyla will definitely use him again in the future.

Lars & Enzo took care of our doggie & made her feel welcome & cared for. We went to Red Rocks amphitheater & got to enjoy the show knowing our dog is in good hands. We got updates & photos of them in a fun walk. Also, Enzo is a such a sweet dog! Highly recommend! Thanks Lars & Enzo!

Wow, am I glad I was able to book with Lars. Did not know it was going to be this good of a stay for Tucker. We were traveling into town for a few days and I needed Tucker to be looked after for a bit during then. Lars went above and beyond in taking care of Tucker. Tucker and I are active quite active back home as he has hip dysplasia, and I want to keep him healthy and mobile for as long as possible so am always hesitant that his sitter may let them rough house or that on the other side of the coin, no exercise at all. Lars took Tucker and his pup on several walks a day in the nearby Bear Creek Lake Park. It couldn’t have been better, they got along great and could see Tucker was very happy and comfortable and was getting good wonderful and stimulating exercise. It was great too as the pups were a good match! I’ll back with Lars as soon as I am back in the area, no doubt.

Lars is an excellent pet caregiver - he's caring, responsive, and follows your guidelines perfectly! Our pup is always thrilled to see him and comes home happy! What more can you ask for from your Rover caregiver than making your pet feel as loved as they do at home? Thank you, Lars!

Schedule
I am software engineer working from home and have a dog of my own so taking care of an extra one works out great. I do frequent walks regardless.
Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a spacious apartment bordering the Bear Creek green belt for great and stimulating walks. I also have access to grass areas just outside the door when quick breaks are needed. My own dog is really relaxed and mostly does his own thing. While he was a puppy I fostered dogs and did Rover hosting as well so he got used to other dogs from the start.
Pets
A typical day
I usually take my dog on two longer walks each day along the nature trails by the Bear Creek and also shorter potty breaks in the grass areas around the complex. Sometimes I drive to the closer trails in the foothill for shorter hikes. possibly take them for shorter hikes. I do have a fenced dog park in the area but I will only take a dog there after I get to know them.

- Since I have a dog of my own I need to know that your dog gets along with other dogs. My dog Enzo is very mellow and mostly just does his own thing though he doesn't mind company. I would also like to know how they do on leashed walks just so I am prepared.
