I’ve been loving dogs my whole life
I have always had a dog in my life and a few with special needs when I became a paramedic I also learned some basic first aid & cpr for dog’s, I am now retired and home full time! my mother is at home and we have doggie door to a fenced yard and a fur baby named Smokey who loves to play with other dogs, we would love to to have your fur baby come for a visit. We are also limiting the size/weight of our guests to 25 pounds or less, Thank you 😊

The moment I brought my little Havanese girl Jessie for a pre-stay visit. to see if she and Laronna would be a good fit, I knew I had struck gold. Jessie is the center of my world and I would not even consider leaving her anywhere or with anyone where she would not feel completely at home. Jessie was ready to stay as soon as she met Laronna, her mom and their own dog, so I was content dropping her off for a week long vacation. Laronna sent me photos of Jessie playing in the fenced yard, eating and sleeping on her new auntie's lap to make sure I wouldn't worry. I enjoyed my holiday, knowing my little best friend was being lovingly cared for, even if I was a bit jealous. Fortunately, she was happy to see me when I picked her up and I know I can book future travels knowing I now have the perfect home away from home for my treasured (and spoiled) little girl. Any dog owner searching for a sitter should start with Laronna and i wouldi be shocked if they saw the need to shop around further.
I rarely leave my dog but I had an occasion where I had to find a dog sitter. I reached out to Laronna and she was willing to take care of my dog. I can not thank Laronna enough because he is a senior dog with anxiety and was not easy to care for yet she was still compassionate with my dog and worked hard to calm him. She is a true dog lover who will take good care of your dog.
She and her mother took wonderful care of our Mr Pickles.
Pixie always has a nice time with LaRonna and the crew - even through stormy weather.
Laronna was amazing. She agreed to take my 2 dogs on very short notice so that we could head home to attend my grandmas funeral. Her home is very welcoming and comfortable for the pets and she has a great backyard. I’m new to STL, and have already found my new dog sitter!

Schedule
I am now retired and home full time with my mother, I can watch one or two dogs at a time preferably 25 pounds or less and am very flexible with schedules

I have a rescue dog named Smokey who likes to play with other dogs he is crate trained and is only in it at night he and your dog would be allowed on the furniture if you approve, and they have access to a fenced yard anytime thanks to a doggie door, my mother and I take Smokey on runs via our recumbent bikes he loves it! He is truly a member of the family and your dog would be a welcome guest and receive equal love and attention.

A typical day
There’s plenty of play time here between Smokey and myself with a yard big enough to play with a ball or frisbee and tug of war is one of Smokey’s favorites that he’ll do with your dog, I also enjoy taking him for a run beside me when I ride my recumbent trike
