I have over 10 years of experience caring for pets through house sitting and repeat clients, working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments—from high-energy puppies to senior dogs who need a slower, more attentive pace. I also grew up in a home that always had multiple pets—including dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and even a hedgehog—so being around and caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily life. I’m very comfortable maintaining established routines, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any specific instructions that help pets feel safe and at ease. I know how important consistency is, especially when owners are away, and I always aim to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for both pets and their people. I can’t recommend Larkin highly enough for pet sitting. Every time we leave our pets in her care, I have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in safe, loving hands. She goes above and beyond to make sure both the dog and cat are comfortable, well cared for, and happy while I’m away. She's very reliable and she take the time to understand each pet’s personality and routine. Her love for our animals really shows in how excited both she and my animals are when she arrives to spend to time with them and also with how relaxed they are when I return home. I also really appreciate the regular updates and photos, it definitely makes being away so much easier!! Our cat is particularly tricky as he has some health issues, and I know I can fully trust Larkin to administer medication and take care of him while we're gone.

Larkin has taken care of our great dane, Hazel, many times. She is extremely communicative and always sends photo updates. Hazel is also a little bit leash reactive, but Larkin handles walking her perfectly and without hesitation. I feel completely at ease with Hazel in Larkin's care when I'm away and I couldn't be more grateful for such a kind and attentive dog sitter.

Schedule
I’m self-employed and primarily work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule throughout the day. I’m available for midday visits, walks, and check-ins, as well as longer stays depending on the client’s needs. I’m used to building my schedule around client commitments, so reliability and consistency are always a priority for me.

I always make sure I clearly understand each client’s routines, preferences, and house rules ahead of time so I can provide consistent, reliable care and respect any boundaries. For the right fit, I’m also open to welcoming well-behaved pets into my home. I aim to create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment where pets feel secure and cared for at all times. I’ve built long-term relationships with many of my pet sitting clients, and I really value the trust that comes with caring for both pets and homes. I’m someone who pays attention to the little details, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals.
