I was born and raised an animal lover and was surrounded by many dogs of all sizes as long as I can remember. I trained and raised puppies alongside my dad from the age of 10. I was always the friend other’s looked to for dog, cat, ferret, rat or snake sitting. Recently, I moved back to New York after a couple years in Oregon where I was full-time boarding, house sitting, and providing drop-in visits or daily walks. I have a huge skill set for senior pets, fearful/reactive dogs and all sorts of special needs animals and I know how hard finding competent care is! I am currently without a furry companion for the first time ever after the loss of my pit/boxer whom I cared for from 6 weeks to 16 1/2 years through her loss of mobility and dementia. Helping and caring for animals is the absolute best therapy and I love that I have found a way to keep them in my life during this time.
