I was a foster parent through shelters for 5 years while living in Seattle. I have experience with many different breeds and sizes of dogs, including dogs in hospice and also dogs with special emotional or physical needs. To become a foster parent, I was highly trained in proper dog walking skills, training techniques, and how to handle stressed or anxious dogs. I am currently taking a break from fostering to do Rover, so no current dogs in my care. My apartment is very spacious and open to pets and there are quite a few parks near my apartment for walks and play! I’m currently working from home so I am home full time to keep your pets company!

Larissa is incredible! My pup Campanita is a rescue and is usually pretty anxious the first time she is left with someone. Larissa was our first sitter since moving to the city and we have no plans of finding anyone else! Campy calmed down quickly and clearly seemed happy in all of the pictures Larissa sent. She was even relaxed when we came to pick her up (usually she is so overly excited that we worry she was more anxious than she let on). Thank you for all that you do, Larissa! So communicative and clearly “got” my dog very quickly. Don’t hesitate to book!
They took really great care of Lily for a full two weeks while we were traveling overseas. We received photos and updates of Lily throughout the duration of her stay. Forever grateful! We will most definitely book with Larissa again.
Larissa did a great job watching my dog goose! I love how he seamlessly fit into their life style, from going on a hike to hanging out with her friends in a park, I knew goose was having a great time while I was gone for 4 days.

Larissa is absolutely amazing!!! My pup Summer stayed with her for about 9 days and it was the best experience. It was my first time leaving Summer alone since I adopted her a few months ago so I was a bit nervous but Larissa kept me updated the whole time with photos and daily updates and I felt completely at ease. Summer also settled in very quickly and was absolutely in love with Larissa and her partner. I will 1000% book with Larissa again in the future :) she is the best!!!
Larissa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was communicative, flexible with pick up and drop off and sent adorable photos of my pup. My dog returned healthy, happy and well cared for. Thank you Larissa!

Schedule
I am working from home full time, so I am available 24/7 to keep your pet company and take them on potty breaks! I love going into the outdoors on walks or hikes which your pets will always be welcome on :)

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a very safe apartment building with a pet relief area and multiple parks nearby that I frequent. I only take in one dog at a time, so no concerns of pets not getting along!
A typical day
I love going outdoors with dogs, walks and runs are abundant! There’s a couple parks nearby for fetch and play and I love doing enrichment exercises at home as well.
