Hi! Welcome to my profile! I've loved animals for as long as I can remember and have experience caring for all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, horses, and more! Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation of hands-on experience and a very deep compassion for animals of all kinds. I have two cats and a dog of my own, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets while you're away. I've cared for my own pets as well as pets belonging to family members, neighbors, friends, friends of friends, and coworkers. I joined Rover in 2025 shortly after discovering the app, and thought it would be a great opportunity to spend time with animals and help pet owners feel confident knowing their pets are being cared for by someone dependable and compassionate! My experience includes a wide variety of breeds and temperaments (from energetic pups to shy kitties) and I’m comfortable handling everything from playtime and walks to medication and special routines! Whether your pet loves endless playtime, enjoys long walks, or just wants a quiet companion to keep them company, I'm happy to adapt to what makes them feel the most comfortable. I understand that every pet is different, and I take the time to get to know their personality and routines rather than treating every animal the same. As a pet owner myself, I know how much those pet sitting updates mean while you're away so I do try to be as detailed as possible (while also providing plenty of pictures)! And most importantly, I treat every pet like they're my own. I know how much they mean and I want want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they're in caring and capable hands. I have experience with freedom enthusiastic pups (I have a Beagle of my own) so I’m always extra cautious on walks. I keep a secure grip on the leash and stay alert to everything going on around us to make sure your pet stays safe and happy at all times.

I was really impress with Laresa. She did good with my cats. She took good care of them. Took pictures of them everyday. My boys really took too her.
I was super nervous because this was my first time using Rover. But Laresa totally eased my nerves after her first visit—she did such a great job with my kitty, Paul!! I could tell that she paid careful attention to all of my instructions and notes about Paul. He was in great hands! Also, I loved how thorough she was with her summaries/ pictures after the visit. Highly recommend Laresa!!
Laresa was AMAZING. So patient and kind with my anxious dog. She sent really detailed updates and lots of pictures. I will absolutely use her again!

Schedule
I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I have flexibility for pet care throughout the day and am available most evenings and weekends!
