The neighborhood pet sitter!
I never really had to market my pet sitting services, word just got around town! Before I knew it I was taking care of friends’, family’s, and even strangers’ pets (cats and dogs). I love keeping people’s furry friends happy and not missing their family too much!

I needed dog care for a day at the last minute and found Lara was great to work with as a first-time Rover user. I appreciated her friendliness, patience, and flexibility. She was great with communication too. I suspected my dog would be sad while her people were gone but Lara seemed to try her best to be as accommodating as possible. I felt confident in leaving my fur baby with her and highly recommend her services.
Lara is amazing! I felt very comfortable leaving my cat in her care. I would 100% book again.
Lara and her family were so nice and amazing! I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with them. Would definitely have Nala stay with Lara and her family again!
Loki had a great time with Lara! He hasn’t had the best experiences with other sitters, but they took really great care of him. When we first dropped him off, they were very welcoming and was making sure he felt comfortable before we left. I would recommend!
We’re so grateful that Lara was able to come on such short notice. She was very friendly and prompt and I felt so relieved to know our puppy was in good hands. We would love to have her watch Oscar again and highly recommend her!
We left our sweet pup Olive with Lara for a month while we traveled and I wouldn’t trust anyone else for the job! Olive absolutely loves her, she didn’t even seem to care that we were gone. Lara is so loving, I always know our sweet doggy is in great hands. She treats any fury friend like her own. She even got Olive a special toy that she still takes with her everywhere. Lara sent me pictures and videos the whole time and I felt comfortable knowing Olive was in a safe and fun place!

Schedule
I’m currently a college student at UCSB, looking to continue my pet services! I’d love to be able to hang out with your pets and enjoy some beautiful fresh air and sun with them! I don’t have any other pets so yours would be my priority. While I do have school 4 days a week, I’m always available in the afternoon to do drop-ins or walks.

When doing drop-ins or walks, I want to be very respectful of your space and your wishes! Making sure you are comfortable and happy is just as important to me as your animals having a fun time!
A typical day
I love to go on long walks with doggies, going where ever their nose takes us! I also love to play fetch or tug-of-war in my courtyard or at the nearest dog park :)
