The Cat Lady
Our cats have certain expectations. She is a princess, after all. He is a prince. Bowls need to be filled on time, treats need to be given, water needs to be refreshed, toys need to be dangled, chins need to be scratched. This is true, even when we are on vacation. Let me be there for your little prince or princess when you cannot! A lifelong animal lover, I currently share my home with two pampered kitties. I will treat your babies like the precious creatures they are. Visits are tailored to your cat's needs and personality, but activities include refreshing food and water, scooping litter boxes, play sessions, and scratch sessions. If your kitty is shy and prefers not to associate with "the help," I will respect their space while making sure their every need is met.

Besides tending to your cat's needs, I can help make sure that your house or apartment does not look vacant while you are gone. This includes rotating lights, bringing in the mail, or taking the trash out on garbage day.

Lara has been wonderful with our two cats! We have a very shy boy and Lara is able to get him to come out and play and cuddle every time. She gives great detailed updates and pictures too.
I booked Lara for a week of drop ins for my two kitties. This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have found a better caretaker for my babies. She was prompt, reliable and very responsive! She was also very accommodating as I had to book last minute due to a friend being unable to watch them. She played with them every day and sent lots of adorable photos. I wasn’t worried about them at all and was able to enjoy my trip with peace of mind that they were in good hands. My cats loved her, including my shy guy! I will definitely be booking her again in the future!
Lara did a wonderful job of taking care of my very shy cat and my home. She not only helped water my plants but also caught a leak in my sink while I was away! She proactively communicated and was very patient with my cat that does not always do well with strangers.
Lara was so great, always communicative and timely and sent great photos with updates on my cats! Highly recommend.
Lara was amazing! She took wonderful care of my kitty and went above and beyond. Provided great daily updates and I never had to worry. When I got home I could tell my cat was very happy and well taken care of after my trip. Would highly recommend her :)
Lara is so very efficient and pays attention to detail. She even coaxes my super shy kitty out of her hiding place for food and some loving attention! Thank you Lara!

I am a work from home professional and my schedule is flexible. I can come visit your cat and see to their every need on the schedule that you set.

- I strive to provide the same love and care that your cat gets from you every day. Let me know their routine and their likes and dislikes. Do they try to escape the front door? Do they have certain hiding places? Do they have a favorite toy or treat? Will belly rubs result in certain death to the belly rubber?
