Knowing how they interact with other people and other dogs is always helpful if I'll be taking them anywhere public. Also knowing any unusual or bad behaviors they may have that you try to control is good. I like to maintain the owner's routine for their pets as much as possible.
A typical day
I will take your dog on at least a 30 minute walk around your neighborhood or nearby park, or possibly a hike if they are an adventure dog. If they are a layed back type we will just hang out so he/she doesn't get too lonely while you are away.

I love all furry friends! I have a flat-coated retriever named Ripley who is a goofball who loves to play. In addition to Rover, I've had a lot experience looking after friends' and relatives' animals. I am a Graphic Designer with an in-home business so my availability is very flexible to fit you and your pet's schedule. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions about my services. Lara was great! She stepped in on the last day of a long vacation to cover for a friend of ours that could not commit to the entire time we would be away. She kept us updated throughout the day, sent pictures (which were very appreciated after being away from our dogs for 11 days!), and made sure the dogs were well-loved. Although our dog can be a handful, Lara was patient and understanding. She did a great job and kept us updated through her stay with him.
