Like camp for your pups!
I have over thirty years experience caring for all sorts of pets from horses and dogs to chickens and fish. You name it, I've done it! In the past, we fostered over a hundred rescue dogs for over 20 years. I am very used to having dogs come and go regularly and have dealt with a variety of pets and pet personalities. While your dog is here, they will get lots of love, exercise and socialization with our small pack of dogs and various farm animals, like stay away camp! I have fully fenced back yard with a pool and a separate fully fenced front yard which provides over an acre and a half of space to play, swim and have fun. I can also offer leashed or off leash walks in the desert or rides with my horses if desired. My dog savvy daughter is excellent with animals as well, and loves to play. If your pup loves to ride in cars I can make that happen too!

Lara was absolutely incredible! We had a last-minute need for dog boarding, and she was so willing and accommodating to help us out. Throughout the stay, she was extremely responsive and respectful. We loved receiving regular picture updates, which gave us total peace of mind seeing that our dog was happy and doing so well. Our pup was truly treated like family here. We appreciate her amazing care so much and would definitely book again! We even extended our dog’s stay.

Lara was great. She was friendly and kind and had a great place and really loved and took care of my dog. I could see that she really loved animals and was a wonderful person. I will definitely be bringing my dog to her the next time I need a sitter. I would highly recommend her.

Lara is a wonderful dog sitter and person. My dog had the best time playing with other dogs and so much land to run around on! Lara keeps an eye on the dogs to make sure they are safe and comfortable. I highly recommend her and will definitely have her take care of my dog in the future!
I highly recommend Lara's boarding and day care. She has been wonderful with Benny. There are many areas that are safe to run around in and there are many other dogs to play with. I've been extremely pleased with finding her and am mentioning her to my dog park friends.

Schedule
Our animals and yours are treated like family. They have free range of the house and sleep in my bedroom with me. We spend a lot of time outside, take frequent walks and go for rides in the car or with the horses if it suits your pup. My dogs are rarely left for more than 2-3 hours alone and when I do have to leave them for short periods they can have access to a securely fenced yard, depending on the weather and who is visiting.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two separate securely fenced yards that they will have access to at all times while we are home. I also have a separate temperature controlled indoor area where they can play, chew and nap while we are gone. Everything is secure and monitored with security cameras to keep everyone safe. I also have several crates in various sizes, so if your pup prefers a crate or alone time, I can accommodate them. When we leave, all animals are either left in secure crates if needed or free to roam the house. Depending on the dogs we have visiting, they may also have access to the back yard, or the temperature controlled indoor play area while we are away.
Pets
A typical day
We usually have lots of play time in the mornings and afternoons especially for active dogs! On leash or off leash walks are available depending on the pup. We have horses also, so our active dogs join us for morning and afternoon chores and can go on rides whenever possible. If couch surfing is preferred, that’s ok too!
