I’ve been caring for dogs and other pets since I was a little girl, and it’s something I truly love. Over the years, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and care for dogs of all sizes—from tiny 10 lb pups to 100 lb gentle giants. I have extensive experience with senior dogs and pets with anxiety, and I always take the time to ensure they feel safe, calm, and comfortable. Whether it’s administering medication, sticking to routines, or just offering quiet companionship, I adjust my care to meet each dog’s individual needs. I’m happy to provide daily updates with photos, short videos, and notes on how your pet is doing—including food intake and poop reports—so you can relax knowing everything’s going smoothly.

Lara was super flexible and communicative while watching our pup Luna! I could tell that Luna had a great time, and feel completely comfortable and safe leaving Luna under her care :)

This is our second time using Lara when we haven’t been home to take our pup Molly for her regular evening walk. She was more than happy to help out and quick to respond, even though we only gave a days notice. It’s comforting to know she’s in great hands for her walk🐾
We booked with Lara the day before as we had plans to be out of the house for a little longer than usual and she took excellent care of our dog Molly! She sent pictures and messages to keep us updated on the walk and put us completely at ease :). I’d recommend her to anyone!!
Lara is a very trustworthy, conscientious young person who enjoys dogs. She is very active and likes to do outdoor activities. I can recommend Lara to be good dog caregiver.

I work from home with a flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve—whether it’s early morning walks, midday potty breaks, or weekend cuddles. Your pet won’t be left alone for long periods, and I’m happy to adapt my routine to match their needs. Consistent care, love, and plenty of updates are all part of the experience!

I live in a house with a fenced back yard that’s just steps away from parks and green spaces, perfect for daily walks and outdoor play. I love being outside and often go on walks or hikes, which means your fur baby will get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and enrichment. You can trust that your pet will be in a safe, calm, and caring environment, with consistent companionship and lots of love.
