Animal lover at your service!
Hi, I’m Lara! I grew up in the countryside in Italy, always surrounded by animals: I love them all and I looked after dogs and cats for family members and friends since I was little. Your babies will receive all my care and attention, always have their needs met and never be bored: I will care for them as if they were my own. (I am also a freelance photographer but even if you are not interested in professional photos, you can expect plenty during the day to show you how your loved ones are doing!)

Lara goes beyond what is requested from her. She really cares about the pets she looks after and she has taken really good care of my kitten Romeo. She suggests new ways of doing things to better train my pet on something I previously shared with her, she also stays a bit longer than the actual time booked. She also communicates very well , even to let me know if she is a bit late (eg 10 mins ) and she is very patient. I highly recommend her and can see how well treated and taken care Romeo is.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Lara. She has been incredibly kind and attentive with Ettore, making sure he feels comfortable and loved. She’s kept me updated with photos and messages, which has given me so much peace of mind while I’ve been away. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring.
Lara was absolutely fantastic looking after our 3 cats while we were away. The daily updates she gave us were excellent and the cats loved having her look after them. Would thoroughly recommend her. Thanks again Lara for everything!
Lara took care of Romeo as agreed and she sent me many pictures. Romeo was happy and had fun. I also note that she spent more time than what initially scheduled which shows her true passion for pets. Will use Lara soon again to continue taking care of Romeo

Schedule
Generally I am available all day Saturdays and Sundays, and afternoon/evenings during the week (I can stay overnight any day but I will leave early in the morning); however, my schedule is quite flexible so I can be available for daycare during the weekdays too, I just need to know a couple of days in advance.

I am always extremely careful when entering/leaving a house and I will never leave gates, doors or windows open unless instructed by you. My philosophy when house-sitting is to look after your pet and home as I would like mine to be cared for.
A typical day
I will follow your pet’s daily schedule with attention if they have one, because I know how important a well-structured routine is for some animals (just like for people!); I can help structuring one for puppies, with potty & crate training, leash & harness introduction, name recognition & basic commands. If they’re more of a “free spirit”, I will organise our daily activities based on their character and needs.
Prices include all fees.
