Hello, my name is Lara and I am a pet enthusiast! I love spending as much time with dogs and cats as possible, and I'm so eager to meet new furry friends. I recently moved to the area from Michigan where I worked for a dog sitting company for 2 years, privately nannied for a few dogs, and fostered 12 different adult dogs and puppies through different rescues. I've lived with and cared for a variety of breeds and temperaments, and I'm always excited to expand my knowledge with a new breed :) I love to take pictures of your pet and update you with how your baby is doing while you're away. Let's set up a meet and greet to see if I am a good fit for your fur babies! Can’t wait to meet you :)

I make sure to be present often if I am pet sitting so your dog won’t feel anxiety over you being away! I like to follow their routine so the can feel as normal as possible while you’re gone.

Lara was great. She went out of her way to come over before the booking to meet my dog and make sure he would be comfortable with her in the house. My dog is very nervous and this was my first time using Rover. Lara answered all my questions and sent a lot of pictures ensuring that my dog was ok and well taken care of.
Lara was excellent with our dog. She sent several updates and photos throughout the weekend, and really cared for him like he was her own. We would definitely recommend Lara to anyone needing a house/dog sitter!
Lara house sat for us and our 2 dogs for a week in October 2019. Lara took great care of our pets, provided frequent updates and took a lot of great pictures. You could tell that she treated the dogs as if they were her own. Lara was very personable and easy to work with. The house was left clean and in great shape. Lara did a great job and we would definitely book her again!

Schedule
I have a fairly flexible lunch hour and am typically around on weekends. I can take a midday lunch to drop in on your pet, or swing by at dinner time, whatever you prefer.
