Cat lady turns Dog Lady
Although most of my personal pet caretaking experience has been with cats, I eventually became the proud dog mom to a pretty little Pekingese. Judy is a quiet, independent little snoozer. She loves scrambled eggs for breakfast, belly rubs and despite her reserved demeanor, she's a fearless gremlin for walks no matter the weather! I've made her homemade food, I give her baths regularly and I especially enjoy primping and brushing her. Her maintenance is my favorite hobby💗 Animals under my watch get the same attention, affection and care. I'm available for check-ins, walks, house sits, hang time, brushing sessions and more! I've had two cats that passed from old age. They each needed medication administered to them (ie insulin shots, iv fluids, pills) so I do have experience with elderly pets needs. I've walked a range of dogs in the past year large and small. I've sat bunnies, kittens, chinchillas and I personally own a snake, leopard gecko, a jumping spider and fish. I very much enjoy the company of cats! I'm very comfortable around them and like to think I speak cat🤓 From aloof to attackers, I have experience with all sorts of cat personalities.

Lani was amazing! She sent pictures and updates throughout the weeks she had our cat. My cat seemed to love it there. He seemed like himself with Lani, which hasn't happened in other settings he has been with. Hopefully I will be able to use Lani again the next time I need a sitter.

Schedule
I work part-time from home, so I have a pretty open and flexible schedule right now. I own a car and I'm open to last minute bookings.

Safety, trust & environment
I keep my place very clean with a handheld steam cleaner so my little one isn't mopping up cleaners with her little body! I live across the street from a beautiful park that has both a large and small dog park within it. If it's raining and your dog's paws get muddy, I will wipe them off, just as I do with my own dog. Litterboxes were always scooped daily. I take the trash out and sanitize as needed and according to your instruction.
Pets
A typical day
A typical day will consist of 2-3 walks to the park across the street from my house. Lovey dovey playtime! Egregiuos brushing and belly rubs (as tolerated) and yummy foods as per your normal routine!
- CatsLani can host up to 6 pets per night
- Please let me know ahead of time if your dog barks excessively and for what reasons. Dogs with proven good behavior around cats are always welcome.
