Animal love who loves being outside
I’ve always had dogs and cats. My husband and I love caring for special needs pets. We currently have two dogs, one is three-legged and was abandoned so we’ve spent a lot of time gaining her trust. We’ve also had a blind, dead and epileptic dog that required strict medication schedules and unique training techniques.

The animals in my home are rarely alone and when they are left, they are put in a safe room for short periods of time. Our backyard is large and fenced in. We have gates up in the house to separate animals if needed. Our cat has multiple cat sized doors installed in the house that lets him get away from the dogs if needed.

Laney did a great job with our two dogs. She sent pictures of them a couple times a day and let us know how they were behaving. My dogs are not the easiest to warm up to but Laney has the magic touch. The house looked untouched when we returned and Laney offered to stay with the dogs for additional time if our flight got cancelled due to the snow storm. Very happy with her care of our animals.
Shelby is a consistent part of our week and we are so grateful! She’s flexible with our schedule and I appreciate her willingness to work with us week to week.

Planning
I work from home and have a flexible schedule that allows me to step away to walk and care for the pets whenever necessary. My dogs get multiple walks or park time a day and yours will too. We’re active people so we love spending lots of time moving around outside.
