Hi! Thank you for considering me to care for your pets. I’ve had animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and needs. In addition to personal pet ownership, I’ve fostered and rescued cats ranging from newborns to seniors and have experience administering oral medications and injections when needed. My goal is always to provide dependable, low-stress care while keeping your pets comfortable in their normal routine and environment. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets while you’re away, and I take that responsibility seriously. I provide regular updates, photos, and detailed communication so you can feel confident your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. Whether your pet needs playtime, medication, patience, or simply companionship, I adapt my care to their individual personality and needs. I also respect your home as if it were my own and am happy to help with small household tasks like bringing in mail, watering plants, and keeping things tidy during your time away. My calendar often fills weeks to months in advance, especially during holidays and extended stays, so I recommend reaching out early if you have specific dates in mind. Pet care is my full-time focus, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide reliable, consistent care for every pet and client. I do my best to accommodate different routines and scheduling needs whenever possible. Lana is an amazing, caring, thoughtful caregiver. She was wonderful with our dogs and an amazing communicator. She takes great photos and took wonderful care of our pets. She identified a small issue and was proactive in taking care of things in our absence. I cannot recommend her more highly! We will definitely be using her again.
Lana did an amazing job taking care of our cat while we were away for 2 weeks -- she's the only person we trust to watch him! She sent regular updates and truly cared for him like he was her own.
Lana was awesome! She took care of our 5 year old cattle dog mix, Tydus, and we couldn’t be happier. From the start, her communication was spot on—she kept us updated with photos, messages, and even videos of Tydus, which was such a nice touch. It really helped us relax knowing he was in good hands. Tydus can be a bit picky about people, but Lana totally got him. She was super patient, and you could tell right away she knows her stuff when it comes to dogs. He warmed up to her quickly, and when we got back, he was happy, calm, and looked like he had a blast. On top of that, she was super trustworthy. We never had to worry about a thing while we were away. We’re so glad we found her and will definitely be booking with her again. Thanks, Lana, for taking such good care of our boy!
Lana was amazing with my Joey. Great communication and care for the entire stay. Also kept the home in amazing condition as well. Joey was a very happy pup when we got home. I highly recommend Lana!
Did a great job sitting my two older dogs, one of which needed eye drops from recent cataract surgery. She was a great communicator and I’d hire her again.
My husband and I had last minute travel plans and faced that "Oh no, what about our furbaby?" moment! We looked for recommendations on the NextDoor forum and saw a shout out for Lana with Rover. All of Lana's reviews were wonderful and she was already booked. Lana ended up adjusting her schedule to do home visits and take care of Maya. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our trip. Lana sent daily pics and videos of Maya and texts that made us feel like she loved Maya as much as we do. We will definitely have Lana take care of Maya again and will cross our fingers that she's available!
