I work from home and can go for quick walks, multiple times during my work hours. In fact, I NEED to, for my sanity :). I’ve got a comfy memory foam bed set up right by my desk, so your baby won’t go without lots of attention.

I do not have a fenced yard, but I wouldn’t utilize it for your pet if I did. Dogs are meant to be inside with their family. When your pet needs to go out, I go out with them.

I would like to know if your dog has any aggression towards other animals, has any special needs or “quirks”. If you prefer they not sleep in the bed, let me know. I’m home almost all the time, but I DO have to run errands once in awhile. If your dog is not ok being left alone, I would need to place them in a crate for the short time I’m gone, which is usually under an hour. I have an extra large crate, so there’s no need to bring one. Any damage done to my home because I had to leave your pet for an hour will need to be covered by you. I once had my seat belt chewed through because I took the dog with me (freaked out in the crate). Replacing it was over $600 for the owners. Please don’t put us both in that uncomfortable situation.

I enjoy walking anywhere, from our beautiful local neighborhood, to a moderate hike nearby. If your dog is a good jogging companion, I enjoy short runs also. If your baby is social, I’m happy to take them to a dog park to play. It’s all about your preference and what’s best for your baby.

Unless you are a prior client, there is a minimum three night stay required for boarding during a weekend. I currently have a lot of flexibility and freedom with my time right now, and would like to help others with ensuring quality of life for their pets. I recently had to let my senior rescued Boxer go, and want to take some time before finding another. I would love to help you with your dogs that need walking, boarding, or drop in visits for some extra love and attention while you are away. While Boxers are my favorite breed, I love all breeds, shapes, sizes, ages, and attitudes! I treat your furry family member as I treat my own. I believe they are part of the family and should be treated as such.

Lana took excellent care of our sweet Molly! Her love of dogs shows through her interaction and pictures/videos that she sends showing Molly having fun and relaxing throughout her stay. I feel that Lana gives 100% of her dedication to adapting to the different personalities and preferences of the dogs that are in her care. Her home is very neat and calm aiding in the comfort of a dog being away from their loved ones . Molly will be back with Lana as long as she is available!
Lana was wonderful! She took good care of Lil Bit and we were thrilled with her. So was Lil Bit!
We felt very comfortable with Lana taking care of Thea. She reached out with concerns and sent us photos and videos. We would definitely have her watch our dog again.
Lana watched my older Lab mix for the first time recently. Lana communicated well during booking and the stay. She lives dogs and I felt very comfortable with my Ruthie at her quiet organized home. Highly recommend!
