I've written a lot of reviews over the years, but this one is hard to put into words, because what Artur and Lana did for us and for Goofy goes beyond anything a star rating can really capture. Goofy had a small surgery just days before we were set to leave for our trip. If you're a dog parent, you know that feeling: the guilt of leaving at all, multiplied by the fear of leaving him while he's still healing. We debated canceling the trip. We didn't, because we trusted Artur and Lana, and even so, I don't think either of us fully exhaled until we landed and got our first update. That update, and every one after it, told us everything we needed to know. They were on top of his medication schedule without us having to ask, without us having to remind them, without the low hum of anxiety that usually comes with trusting someone else with something this important. They didn't just manage his recovery. They made him feel safe during it. And then, in the middle of all that, they sent us a photo of Goofy dressed up, AI-generated, as a tiny, financial planner. It's silly. It shouldn't have meant much. But I remember exactly where I was standing when I saw it, and I remember laughing so hard. That photo told me he was comfortable. That somewhere in the middle of recovering from surgery, away from us, he still had it in him to be goofy, because the people watching him gave him the space to be. This was our seventh stay with Artur and Lana over the past year, and I think that's the real story here. Not one great weekend, but a year of consistently choosing them, again and again, because they've never once made us feel like Goofy was just another booking. He is loved when he's with them. Truly, genuinely loved. And as anyone with a dog knows, that is the only thing that actually matters when you hand over your best friend and walk away. Thank you, Artur and Lana. For the meds, the updates, the patience, and for that ridiculous, perfect photo. We'll be back, again and again, for as long as you'll have us.

Lana and Arthur were absolutely wonderful! The love, care, and attention they gave Ella went far beyond our expectations. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand her personality, routines, and needs, making sure she felt comfortable, happy, and loved throughout her stay. The daily updates, along with the beautiful photos and funny videos, gave us so much peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation knowing Ella was in the best hands. The bond Ella developed with their Jet was incredibly special to see. It was obvious she had so much fun and felt completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are so grateful to Lana and Arthur for treating Ella like part of their family. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy, and exceptional pet sitters. We will definitely be booking with them again!
