My partner and I work from home full time and am able to provide quality pet care easily throughout the day. Feeding, potty breaks, baths, nail trims, medications (including insulin and inhalers) and plenty more. I am an advocate for a safe environment where your pet will feel the least amount of anxiety.

Safety, trust & environment
I have 2 very dog friendly neutered male dogs at home, one 25 lbs. (6 years old), the other 14 lbs. (7 years old and an 11 lb. Spayed female dog (12 years old). All adults in the house hold have previous or current pet care experience, also at Tiger tails animal hospital. My property is on .33 acres and I provide a variety of toys and treats to keep your pet happy and stimulated while in my care. Depending on the energy level of the dog I provide twice daily strolls, and know general training techniques to help puppies with chewing, jumping, recall, and basic commands.

Information Lan D. would like to know about your pet
I love getting to know your pets as individuals and also their dynamic in each family. This helps me curate the best experience for them to reduce the anxiety they may have with a new environment, new faces, and new pets they are meeting. Important things for me to know would be what treats they like the best, if they need medication, if they have any allergies, and their fears or experiences with people/pets in the past. It is also good if you can bring a variety of items that your pet loves with them to their daycare or boarding so they have something that smells like home to comfort them. Meet and greets and thorough information from owners will help me the most. My pets all have their vaccinations and are on flea, tick and heart worm prevention. I ask that you do the same for your pets coming into my home.
A typical day
A typical day will start off with breakfast for the pups, including any needed medication, and their first potty break. Typically dogs will have at least 5 potty breaks during the day and a walk around the neighborhood so they can sniff and mark as needed. Usually treats are given after their potty breaks, and they get a high reward treat after their evening walk and before their dinner.

Pet care experience
I worked at Tiger tails animal hospital for 5 years as the manager of the boarding and daycare side, and previously at Camp Bow Wow. I love all animals and am reliable, trustworthy, communicative and experienced. I have also been a referred pet sitter for pet owners in the Gwinnett county area and a volunteer at the Atlanta Humane Society, and Athens-Clarke county animal shelter. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and medical needs, including but not limited to diabetes, heart-worms, seizure-sensitive dogs, blindness, deafness, obesity, inappropriate urination, kidney disease, and heart disease.
Reviews

Lan is the first person we think of whenever we have to board Ollie because she has always been amazing with him. She understands him and his needs, and we trust her. Thank you, Lan!

Lan is always great with our boy! Highly recommend!

Always a great host for my dog! Never a worry when I leave him with Lan.

Poundcake was taken care of with Lan! Lan is definitely my go to for my Dog boarding. I will definitely use this sitter in the future.
